At SIHH 2014 Vacheron Constantin unveiled a pair of new open-worked tourbillons - the Malte Tourbillon Openworked and the Patrimony Traditionnelle 14-Day Tourbillon Openworked - bringing what was once a signature complication of the brand back into its line-up.

Jaeger-LeCoultre recently added the Grande Reverso Ultra Thin 1931 Chocolate to its successful range of oversized, slim Reverso watches modelled on the vintage originals. The new chocolate Reverso 1931 takes after the faded brown dials found on some specimens.

Baume & Mercier has just unveiled the Clifton 1892 Flying Tourbillon, an entry-level tourbillon which paradoxically is the brand's top-of-the-line timepiece. Inside is a movement made by ValFleurier, but actually an IWC calibre.
