Greubel Forsey unveils the Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain with natural titanium movement (with specs and pricing)

The Greubel Forsey Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain is now available with a base plate and bridges in frosted titanium in its natural colour, giving it a restrained tone while retaining the characteristic Greubel Forsey details.

Earlier this year Greubel Forsey unveiled its first ever titanium watch, the Double Tourbillon Technique DLC treated titanium case. 

Up Close With The Greubel Forsey Double Balancier 35° – the only GF without a tourbillon

Officially the Greubel Forsey Double Balancier 35° is the first GF watch without a tourbillon, though the brand did quietly create an edition of six double, superimposed balance wheel watches for London retailer Marcus last year. Though similar in principle to the Marcus watch, the Double Balancier 35° uses a different movement.

Greubel Forsey unveiled the stunning Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain at SIHH 2012. Rather than a whole new movement, this is a variant of the Tourbillon 24 Secondes which has a single, inclined tourbillon cage that completes one revolution in a speedy 24 seconds.
