Introducing the Rado True Thinline Colours, an Ultra-Thin Ceramic Watch with a Ceramic Bracelet
The remarkably slim Thinline in ceramic is now available in four different colours.Impressively thin and sleek – the case is just 5mm high – the Rado True Thinline was originally available only in black or white ceramic, the usual colours for the material. Now Rado has taken the covers off the True Thinline Colours, which feature ceramic cases and bracelets in blue, green, grey or brown, each in a hushed shade of the colour that’s typical of ceramic.
The ceramic cases are 39mm in diameter and contain a basic ETA quartz movement (though Rado does offer other versions of the Thinline with a mechanical movement), while the bracelets have ceramic links and a titanium buckle.
Though the dimensions of each colour version are identical, the surface finish of the cases and bracelets differ. The grey and blue models have a mirror polished finish on the case and outer links of the bracelet, with a contrasting sandblasted matte finish on the inner bracelet links.
The brown version has a sandblasted matte surface, while the grey model is entirely polished.
Price and availability
The True Thinline Colours are priced at SFr2000 in any colour, available starting the second half of 2017 at Rado retailers and boutiques.
